Construction Project Management


We lead construction and renovation projects by ensuring stakeholder coordination, schedule and cost control, and secure decision-making throughout the project.

INCEB acts as an interface between the project owner, designers and contractors.

Our objective is clear : deliver a compliant, controlled project with no unnecessary surprises.

Our role
  • Structuring the project and clarifying objectives
  • Coordinating stakeholders (architects, engineering offices, contractors)
  • Monitoring schedules, budgets and risks
  • Supporting decision-making and arbitration during the project

Project leadership is directly ensured by Tarik Laraichi, acting as the interface with the project owner and all stakeholders.
